Voyageur expérimenté et professionnel du tourisme (guide accompagnateur international), je mets mon expertise à votre service. Pour moi, l’accueil en personne est essentiel – pas de boîte à clé. Mon objectif : que vous vous sentiez chez vous dans un appartement fonctionnel, agréable, lumineux, propre et sécurisé, au cœur d’un quartier hyper central et au charme mondialement reconnu.
Fort de plus de 25 ans d’expérience et face au succès de mon premier hébergement, j’ai récemment ajouté un second appartement, NiceAmbiance #2 (réf. Abritel #2675060), que je gère avec la même exigence de qualité. La fidélité de mes vacanciers reste ma plus belle récompense.
L’APPARTEMENT
50 m² rénové en 2019, climatisé et lumineux, au 3ème étage (sans ascenseur). Idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes.
Salon de 28 m² avec balcon ensoleillé sur la rue Bonaparte (canapé-lit 160×200 cm)
Chambre de 11 m² : lit 140×200 cm, balcon nord sur cour, grand placard
Cuisine équipée : plaque induction, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, grille-pain, cafetière, four
Salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne
LE QUARTIER
Au cœur de Nice (classée UNESCO), à 10 min à pied du port, de la Vieille Ville et de la Promenade des Anglais. Un quartier vivant et pratique, où commerces, cafés et restaurants typiques vous attendent à proximité.
Transports : tram, bus, TER et vélos pour explorer Nice, Monaco, Cannes ou l’arrière-pays sans voiture.
STATIONNEMENT
Pas de parking privé.
Gratuit : stationnement dans les rues adjacentes (Corniche André de Joly à 100 m)
Payant : parkings municipaux avec abonnements semaine/mois (infos : Office du Tourisme de Nice)

This property was just beautiful and super central to transport, cute cafes, bars and the port. Pierre and Eric were super attentive and helpful throughout our stay and were always checking in to see if we needed anything. The house is equipped with everything you could need for your stay; and the balcony is just divine, our favourite part of our stay was waking up and sitting out on the balcony. Thank you again.

This place is very well located, not just for the port but proximity to shops, markets, beaches, train stations and various cafes and restaurants. I was able to walk to most of my destinations and find my way around easily. The apartment offered a lovely breeze. It was clean, safe and had everything I needed including the lovely balcony. Shower pressure was amazing! What made it exceptional was the host. He checked in with me before my arrival, greeted me at the apartment and helped with my luggage, went through all the apartment amenities and even checked in with me the next day. Communication was great and I’m so grateful for this experience.

Pierre’s apartment has all of the amenities you need and is perfectly situated close to the port. Walking to old town takes all of 15 minutes. Pierre is a communicative, friendly, and informative host. He helped us get settled in and checked in on us the next day. Thank you Pierre!

Pierre is a very good host. He is very accommodating and helpful. There was a bottle of wine as a welcome. Check in and check out worked perfectly. No stress.
The location of the apartment is brilliant. The harbor is just around the corner and you can also quickly walk to the old town with its narrow streets and the beach.
The apartment is bright, modern and furnished with love and well equipped. We did not miss anything.
We especially liked the really fast induction hob (breakfast eggs in 6 minutes - yeah) and the Bluetooth boombox, which you can pair with your smartphone. A brilliant idea Pierre! So we always had the perfect start to the day with our music :-)
We would certainly come again.
My final tip: Definitely try the baguettes and croisants from Boulangerie Lagache, just around the corner on Rue Arson.
