Hôtel très joli, beau spot de snorkling. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Buffet plutôt bon, on peut manger de tout. Personnel gentil en général, nous avons simplement attendu au moins 2 jours (sur 5) pour changer de chambre (afin d’avoir un grand lit) alors qu’à notre arrivée on nous a affirmé qu’on pourrait en changer directement… Superbe emplacement !

Pas beaucoup de place pour une « plage »

I had a really great stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed my experience. The location is amazing and very lively, especially being right in Soho Square. The hotel also provides a daily shuttle to Soho Square, where you can enjoy the shows, attend events, or simply relax at one of the cafés. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available whenever we needed anything and genuinely made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was very good and offered a nice variety. What I really appreciated was how much they cared about their guests and the little details. They even made my birthday feel special, which was such a lovely touch. The hotel itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the rooms are fully smart and comfortable. The pool and the beach are also beautiful, and you can even go snorkeling directly from the beach, which was a great experience. Honestly, the hotel has everything you need, so you barely feel the need to leave. There are also entertaining animation shows in the evening, which make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and I would definitely love to come back again!

the breakfast was good

I think the seafood must be more fresh as the one that they serve is not freshed and the prawns are not properly cleaned and the crab was very old. the seafood must be marinated with garlic lemon and salt. I was also expecting that the toilet would have the respective toileterirs that people normally use like the cotton, q tips and shower cap. our toilet also had problems as the watr kept on leaking from the little shower to wash your bum.

Le personnels et les responsables sont à l'écoute et essayent de faire que votre séjour soit agréable. Super la navette pour aller à la plage. Soho a proximité Les maîtres nageurs de la plage. Resto italien et kirchen au top ça relève le niveau ( merci à tous et en particulier à Hossam et Mina)

Les repas moyens et souvent froids. Les cocktails. Manque cruellement d'animation un aqua gym sur la semaine. Pas de chambre familiale problème de réservation avec booking à étudier avant ! Bcp d'étrangers qui font ce qu'ils veulent ( ils choisissent même leur musique à la piscine) Musique extrêmement trop forte à la piscine. Attention si vous êtes à mobilité réduite pas confortable trop de marches à la plage.
