My mum and I had a perfect stay at The Almalux! The communication with all staff prior to our stay was excellent, always providing a prompt and helpful reply to questions and a lovely, friendly and exceptionally helpful welcome on our arrival. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean, great room with balcony, walk in shower, fridge & kettle and 2 minute walk to beautiful beach! We also enjoyed a tasty, good variety breakfast and coffee each morning at the hotel and loved the rooftop pool and spa booking! We were so well looked after with an amazing team at the hotel and would definitely recommend and return for another stay in the future!

Hotel - everything, but especially, the hospitality and communication during the electrical power blackout when a big part of the hotels near the sea lost the power. Extremely polite and humble regardless of the situation... The top gesture was free breakfast the next morning to compensate for not having the electricity during the night.
Location - perfect - directly to the walking area in the town, close to the restaurants, caffes, stores etc.
About hotel - no objections, no negative comments. Everything was perfect.
BUT, I have to comment about the parking lot guard in the near trees area where the hotel is obviously renting the parking spaces. There was an aggresive, complete boor and rude hick parking attendant (the balled one, seemed like in his fifties) on the morning when we were leaving. The way how he communicated to me (by the way, in clear Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian/Montenegrian language as he saw my car registration plate) was outrages and shocking. I was left speachless and didn't want to respond in order to avoid feeding and escalate the conflict in the foreign country. This kind of employees should not be allowed to get in touch with tourists and spoil a very nice stay in all other aspects.
