Promptness of owner to attend us in time and guiding us.
But no glass or plates available for use.

Bien placé, lit confortable,…
1 moustique qui a échappé à la vigilance de l’anti moustique mais une fois changer ça a été

It was ten mins from the main station in Florence and very close to the main museums and attractions. The room was very clean with a private bathroom and air conditioned and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend!! It was amazing for the price
Do be mindful there are six flights of stairs if you do have heavy luggage this could be challenging. We had 12 kgs luggage each so it was very manageable for us.

Property was in a good location, it was alright but definitely more on the average side of accomodations.
The entrance getting to the property is definitely brings this property down.
Lots of stairs to get up and the stairs aren’t very clean, felt really dirty and rubbish in the stairwell.
Once into the accommodation it was much cleaner thankfully!
