Hotel Suitess

Perfect location and a wonderful historic hotel with real attention to detail, both in the rooms and in the public areas. The building has character, and you can tell it is looked after with care. What also stood out: when I raised a few points after my stay, the management got in touch personally and took the feedback seriously. That kind of attention is rare these days and says a lot about how the hotel is run. I come to Dresden on business and will certainly be back. Absolutely worth a stay.

Perfect location to explore the town

Nothing.

Super location and very good attention to detail in both the rooms and common areas of the hotel.

Extremely rude und unfriendly staff not at all orthodox a 5 star hotel. In the evening I asked for the Sauna operating times - the response to my question as that the sauna was out of order recently and I oiled have to go and check if it works first. In the morning I had to ask for a print out of the receipt after which the receptionist gave me the printed sheet of paper out of the printer. I had to ask again to put the receipt into and envelope which caused and angry reaction of the staff. Again not at all what a guest would expect in a 5 star hotel in Dresden city centre. Unfortunately the hotel staff turned a great location into in unpleasant stay.

Great location and view Feels old fashioned with style

Nice hotel but nothing extraordinary I would prefer if the tv was smart tv so I could watch Netflix
