Great location, good pool area and enough beds for everyone. Hotel modern, clean and tasteful

The pros are the breakfast, the communal areas, the pool, the restaurants and food and the location.The staff on reception are also very friendly and helpful. One addition that would improve the pool area would be a hand rail - there are none and a lot of people were struggling to get in and out.
The rooms are VERY basic - no soft furnishings, not even a picture on the wall. The bathrooms are awful - plug in the sink didn't work, shower was "warm", didn't get hot at all, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner were poor. Only 2 little milks given daily so had to keep asking reception for more. Considering it's a 4* hotel, I would expect more from the rooms - they're really disappointing.
