Au cœur de la réserve naturelle du Quercy blanc, riche en histoire, en grottes et en sites historiques, sur une région géographiquement très variée, vous êtes dans une propriété de caractère, formant un enclos de 5000 m² ou vous bénéficiez d'une grande piscine, chauffée, ( pompe à chaleur) d'un trampoline, d'un tennis de table, d'un terrain de pétanque et de vélos, à disposition, pour de grandes ballades en forêt, sur des chemins ou routes tranquilles.
VTT pour les plus sportifs à la découverte de la faune ( chevreuils sangliers, rapaces etc..)
Piscine avec chauffage pompe à chaleur 26°C assurés
Les visites: Saint-Cirq-la Popie, Rocamadour Gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, grotte de Pêche-Merle, Villefranche de Rouergue, phosphatières, Saint Antonin noble Val et les gorges de l'Aveyron, autant de sites à visiter que le plaisir de farniente aux Puits de France.
Les marchés: Saint Antonin Nobleval, Cahors, sont les plus beaux marchés de la région Occitanie, et les villes sont médiévales.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property and what an amazing place it is. The house is set on the outskirts of Vaylats and you will need a car or bike to get into the small village which has a cafe/bar.
The house itself is huge, several different kitchen/eating areas. The outside main kitchen next to the pool has a bbq and plancha which was constantly used during our stay. This area also has great electric plastic shutters and ceiling fans.
The pool was massive and also very warm. Was a good depth for both kids and adults. Plenty of seating around the pool with large umbrellas and a big garden fan.
Gerrard and Michelle were very welcoming and always on hand to offer advice. Very quick to respond to messages or any queries that we had.
I would certainly rate this as one of the best villas we have stayed in, outstanding… would certainly recommend.

We’ve had the most wonderful stay at this fantastic property. The place is so perfect for a family holiday, and is so much nicer than in the photos. The garden is huge and has everything a child could ever want - toys, bikes, a trampoline, swings and playhouse, and the owners had gone to a lot of effort to make everything perfect for our little girl, who had the best holiday ever! The pool is glorious, the water is warm and it’s just the right size, and the summer kitchen and dining areas are really great. The whole place is incredibly well equipped and the hosts were so lovely and helpful. To be aware it is quite isolated and there is very little phone signal, which makes it lovely and peaceful, but it did mean that when we had trouble with our car for a few days we were unable to go anywhere! The house is so perfect though that it wasn’t really a hardship. Thank you Gerard and Michelle!

We spent a lovely two weeks in this spacious and very well equipped beautiful house. Everything you could need was there and more! The pool/outdoor kitchen area was amazing with the huge bonus that the WiFi was excellent even out by the pool, so our teens were kept very happy too!! Gerard was a really attentive owner who replied to messages very quickly during the whole booking process and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he sorted any requests we had immediately. Thank you so much Gerard and Michele!!
