The welcome, the meals, the spacious and bright room, the beautiful buildings, the fact that pets (dogs) are allowed

I would have liked a little more variety for the set menu options

Very quiet and relaxing stay. Food was excellent. Also very family friendly.

Very beautiful property.

We have stayed here in 2023 and we remember the peace and tranquility permeating the property. 2 years later and it was entirely different. My husband and I were there for the quiet and chose the half board option just wanting to relax for a few days and not travel anywhere. Unfortunately it appears their marketing team now appeals to young families so we were surrounded by babies and young children running around the pool yelling, babies crying at dinner, sullen children staring into video screens etc… I understand family vacations but can’t understand taking them to a place where there are absolutely no facilities for children at all. Due to this it was not a relaxing, peaceful few days at all. Oh and the parents ignoring their children and taking selfies was particularly telling. This has nothing to do with the Finca, we were just so surprised how the clientele has changed completely.
