Property grounds were beautifully maintained. Spacious resort with warm, friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Would have been great to have a mini fridge in the room to keep complimentary water bottles cold. No plates or cutlery, tea or coffee in room which would be good.

A great location away from the hussle and bussle of penong, but close to the main areas you need to visit. We came in the quiet season so wasn't too busy, rooms, food, pool and gardens were amazing. The spa is good too.
Nothing really, house keeping and laundry was a bit slow sometimes.
# if you are staying on the hill there is a gondola you need to catch up and down, stay on level 3 if this will be a hassle for you

We love the location of hotel with private beach, breakfast was great more varities, they have shuttle bus to city if interesting for shopping in Patong area.
House keeping didn't leave us the towel after they cleaned and I was accidently need shower, somehow I had to use hand towel to dry myself. I called 3 times for towel.
