The location was very good at the beginning the room was very clean
The service after staying wasn’t good and the breakfast wasn’t even good the price was high for the services provided

The hotel has very comfort location, it is walkable to the most sightings. Also, metro and tram is in 200 meters.
The staff is very hospitable, lovely and helpful. My special thanks to Tika for her warmth attitude and special support, she is brilliant!!!

we had 7-night stay! Perfect location just 200m from metro and tram, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, and hot shower. Staff were helpful and gave us two single beds and a high-floor room as requested. Breakfast was ok, nice and cozy area at the roof, the lady who prepare food was very sweet, cleaning done almost daily for the bathroom.
Our 7-night stay had some issues that could be improved. The toilet sometimes kept running after flushing, and the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof. We also noticed a slight smell on some days. The room lacked a few basics like water, a kettle, and tissues (only toilet paper provided), and the floor could have been cleaner. Breakfast was the same every day, which got a bit repetitive, and the elevator is quite small. With some attention to these details, the stay could be much better
