Ama Islantilla Resort

Excellent. We reserved a standard apartment and (appreciated!) got an upgrade to a Luxury apartment which was nicely furnished, functional and well located. The hotel facilities are excellent, well kept and clean. The breakfast food and offer was good. The hotel staff has been very polite, friendly and helpful all the time. The location is very good, the regular shuttle to the beach and free sun-beds at reserved area was an asset.

The breakfast buffet area was a bit busy and sometimes confusing. We realised later on there was a second buffet area just hiding behind which was almost all the time empty and easier to use. The juice can be very much improved. Drink fresh water instead😂

C'est dommage qu'il manque de l' animation. Puis le soir le bar , trop petit, lorsque tous les vacanciers se retrouvent. Il manque des jeux , Billard ....pour les jeunes ado

It was a very nice stay, but one night is definitely too short. I would recommend staying longer to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. The hotel has a pool, a spa, and an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of food choices. There is also underground parking. If you want to visit the beach, the hotel offers a small train service that takes guests there and picks them up later. If I understood correctly, this service is free of charge. The interior design is very interesting and gives the hotel a unique character. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room is big and so is the pool.

It was very loud in the hotel from 22-23hz or longer. I was taking a bath, and the whole bathroom was moving from the sound of the party, people were shouting and the music was extremely loud. It was impossible to rest. While paying more than 160€ for the night, it was a very bad and unexpected experience. Moreover it was hard to reserve a spot in the spa/pool, you should reserve it probably few days before your stay. Finally we could reserve it for the last hour of our stay, the next day.
