Location is great and place is clean

The bungalows are very small would have got a room if i knew the actual size

The exterior is beautiful, the view from my room so beautiful, the staff were nice , the breakfast restaurant has a sublime view of the sea and was very tasty!

I can understand with such an amazing location and exterior you wouldn’t repaint the walls and furniture. It’s solid wood and was once nice but now is tired , there’s no excuse not to repaint and refresh it , it currently feels a bit shanky! Such a shame for a too with such a beautiful view and curtain and windows . Just refresh it a little and make everyone super happy !

Rooms could be cleaner.

The rooms were clean, simple, and good for the price; the staff was nice and helpful most of the time, and the view from the cafeteria, where we had our breakfast, was great. The location is excellent.

We did not receive the room we had originally booked on the first day of our stay. Instead, we were given a smaller room for the first night and only moved to our booked room the following day. Despite this inconvenience, we were not offered any compensation or refund for the price difference, even though the smaller room was significantly cheaper than the one we had paid for. When I requested a late check-out, I expected the hotel to offer it as a gesture of goodwill to compensate for the inconvenience. Alternatively, I would have expected to be charged the lower rate for the smaller room we were given on the first night. Unfortunately, neither option was offered, This was disappointing and fell short of the level of service and customer care we expected.
