Great location, SUPER clean, the lady working there very kind even though she didn’t speak english we managed to communicate
the way it is set, you can hear everything from other rooms

The location is nice, close to the train station.
The staff is not very nice. I asked via chat in Booking if I can do the check in earlier and I was told yes, but when I arrived they said that the room is not ready and they did not know about this.
The electric instalation is very bad. There are multiple signs in the room to not unplug some appliances because the electrical instalation failed. And durint the night, the staff knocked really hard in our door to enter becase the electrical instalation failed.

The owner is nice. The room cute and with everything you need.
The pillows were not the best for me. One too thin and the other one too thick.

L’emplacement en centre ville
Bruyant, surchauffé, petit-déjeuner très sommaire ! L’hôte nous a conseillé un parking hors de prix ! 35h pour 60€ ! Évitez de venir en voiture à Bologne !
