Chetana the lovely lady from reception took very good care of me and she was so kind and wonderful to me. I cannot fault her and will definitely visit this property again in the future because of her. Thank you.
There was quite a bit of noise because of ongoing construction. The food could have been better and I was unable to get hot water in the shower.

Great hotel to escape the city and stay in nature.
The staff is excellent and very helpful.
The pool was under construction, the staff provided breakfast and tried to accommodate options but the pool in the Jungloo is not for swimming so no swimming option during the trip.

The architecture and beautiful gardens, the staff were wonderful and very professional
Unfortunately the main pool was having problems with the tiles and cleanliness of water.
After discussing with staff we were upgraded to a villa with private pool and enjoyed our stay very much
