We really enjoyed the whole experience at Hermiston guest house. Everything from Helen, the attentive care from Phil and lovely breakfasts. It really did surpass expectations and is the perfext base for anyone wanting to explore keswick, and its surrounding areas.
There really wasn't anything. The thing I didnt like was leaving

Convenient going to the key sites to visit. Located in a nice town with nice views. Love the photos of the host which are so professional. Very relaxing staying there.
Slightly small room and slightly noisy from the main road..rest are perfect.

Great location for exploring and a bus stop right outside if you need it!
Phil is so welcoming and a mine of information to help plan your day.
Bed was super comfy, room was very clean with lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc.
Breakfasts were very generous.
Pubs and restaurants in the village within an easy walk for dinner.
Nothing really!

The host was very accommodating and diligent in all aspects. The instructions were clear and the rooms were kept tidy everyday. The location was perfect, 5 min drive to Keswick town. The morning breakfast had good options. There was dedicated parking on site. There was a restaurant within walking distance, which helped when we got back late. Would definitely visit again.
No complaints.
