Ideal location and very close to a park and rise to Edinburgh, room was clean although shower was slightly awkward to use and adjusting to right temperature.
Facilities within the accommodation was ok and acceptable.
Shower was very awkward to adjust.

Spacious bedroom and large kitchen. The kitchen was well equiped with a stove, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine. Property is in a nice quiet area. There is a bus stop a few metres from the property with easy access into the city centre. There are some small grocery shops as well as 2 restaurants within walking distance.
We only received the check in instructions around midday on the day of check in. As we were travelling that day and had no access to wifi, it would have been less stressful if we had this info in advance.

There was no breakfast included. Also I couldn’t get on WiFi or make a local call which was a big and costly problem . I obviously didn’t like that.

It was spacious
The sofa bed and sofa was a little dirty.
We didn't get the entry code automatically on the day and we had to contact the owner for the code. It was a frustrating system and poorly executed, the comms could have been a lot better
