Staff were amazing, we forgot to book a twin room and reception changed rooms for us with fuss
Bright modern breakfast room with a good selection of European and Asian dishes and an omelette station cooking eggs to order. Tran and Bien were especially lovely, but all staff were extremely nice and helpful.
Nothing, great value hotel with a good view of the dragon bridge.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are helpful as well as they helped me with my Grab order. They also gave me hot coffee when the coffee in the counter was already cold.
The hotel doesn't have parking space so I had to cross the street with my luggage which was an inconvenience.
I used the next hotel's parking for Grab pick up to the airport.
