The best feature of this apartment were Franka and her father, who took really good care of us and our requests. We also got some great restaurant recommendations from them.
Great location and facilities.
Walking distance from two beaches.
Sufficient and clean amenities.
Really nice jacuzzi.
Also an outdoor fireplace, though we didn't use it.

Great facilities in the apartment. Hot tub was special, and the outdoor seating area was fabulous. Comfortable beds. Perfect cooking facilities loved it. Located near beach, less than 15 min walk. Easy uber drive to city centre. Welcoming host.
No issues at all.

The location in my opinion is ideal, it's a relatively newer part of Split though it is still close to Firule and Bacvice beaches as well as relatively close to the Old Town (20-30 minutes of walking).
The hot tub in the apartment made a lot of difference compared to our previous Split trips!
