The villa is extremely nice, really nice pool and outdoor area along with great location 5 mins from the strip
Cleaning products would be nice to have as there is no products in the villa along with the neighbour gave out over everything, no jumping in the pool, no music outside, she gave out when I was sweeping the back garden and said I was too loud sweeping the floor, extremely rude neighbour other than that fantastic house

Perfect location. And our host, Yazmina, was exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble when we contacted her during our stay. Provided an extra fan for the second room when asked for example, and replaced broken sun loungers within hours.
There were a few issues - the fan actually blew up and took out the electricity, but Yazmina sorted that out straight away.
There are a few cosmetic things that with a little work would make this villa exceptional. Kitchen drawers are broken, fridge needs replacing as the shelves on the door are all cracked, no rails for the pool, which is very deep and can feel a little unsafe, it was also quite dirty when we arrived, but when reported, it was cleaned twice during our stay.
If these small issues were addressed Id be happy to stay again and even pay a little more as it's the perfect location.

I love so much of this property , kids love it. We did get locked out by accident and the owner was amazing and came down 30 mins later to let us in
The front door lock is not working properly take 5/10 mins to even open the door as there's something wrong with the lock
The back neighbour is a dick, moans over everything , music (not even that loud, moaning kids are playing , that they are splashing in the pool.
So half the time avoiding the property due to making neighbour before I got into an other argument with her.
So even though I love the property don't think we will be going back to it

The location was good, the size was good for the four of us (adults), host was responsive when I messaged regarding no cleaning products. Lots of TVs and movies in english. Never had any bother from the neighbors
No working oven, small micro oven had to take turns making our meals eating separately, lamps in bedroom didnt work, we were all covered in bites so potentially there are bed bugs like prior stated by others who stayed, electrics blew morning we went home, Informed company but never heard anything back, bathroom smells awful all the time. We tried to clean it but still smelled. Not enough bowls for four people, plenty glasses plates and cutlery though

"Excellent location, everything we needed. Clean when we arrived and very quick response from villa manager. Could park our hire car on the premises too which was bonus with younger kids and baby."
