Iniziamo dal punto di forza: la posizione! Davvero eccezionale, tutto comodo, mezzi pubblici, metro a due minuti, il bus 100E per aeroporto con capolinea a due passi! Top! Appartamento al quinto piano con ascensore, con bella e spaziosa cucina, padelle un po' datate, provvista di lavastoviglie e macchina caffè. Prima camera molto spaziosa, bel balconcino molto luminoso, armadio grande e letto comodo. Seconda camera non ha finestre esterne, solo lucernari e non ha armadio ma una specie di ripostiglio. Doccia enorme con entrata dalla camera e water e lavandino separati. La sorpresa negativa è stata la presenza di parecchi insetti presenti ogni notte nella vasca del secondo bagno, molto spiacevole. Spero riescano a rimediare. Palazzo a ringhiera in ristrutturazione. Nel complesso, a parte gli insetti, lo consiglierei.

Very clean and very good location

There’s nothing I didn’t like

The location of the apartment was truly excellent, in a very central area close to shops, restaurants, and all essential amenities, which made our stay very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious and generally comfortable.

The building was under renovation and there were many construction materials at the entrance, which created a negative first impression. Inside the apartment, there were many unnecessary items in almost every drawer we opened, and we even found a coat in one of the wardrobes that clearly did not belong to us. There were also used items left behind from previous guests, such as pasta, cooking oil, shampoo, and even a bottle of water behind the bedroom curtain, which gave us the impression that the apartment had not been properly checked or cleaned. In the bathroom, there were no extra bath or face towels provided, and the toilet paper in one of the bathrooms was already opened, indicating prior use. The duvet did not fully cover the bed, and the extra duvet provided was visibly stained with yellow marks. When we first turned on the bathroom water, it came out red in color and had a strong unpleasant smell, likely due to impurities or because it had not been used for some time. Overall, although the location was very good and the apartment was spacious, we feel that the price does not reflect the quality provided. The level of cleanliness and the general condition did not meet our expectations, and for this reason, we would not choose to stay there again.
