Le Melissa est un penthouse de luxe de 3 chambres avec deux balcons et une terrasse privée sur le toit qui offre une vue imprenable sur le port de Kalkan et au-delà. Avec tout l'espace et l'intimité d'une villa mais sans une longue randonnée en ville, l'appartement Melissa fait partie du complexe Emir populaire - les rapatriés réguliers à Kalkan se porteront garants de son emplacement central, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville avec son abondance de restaurants et de bars. Le supermarché local est à 100 mètres très pratique. L'appartement Melissa est l'un des plus spacieux du complexe, pouvant accueillir 6 personnes très confortablement et meublé à un niveau exceptionnel. Dehors, il y a 2 piscines plus une piscine pour enfants, avec chaises longues et parasols à l'usage exclusif des clients de l'appartement. L'équipe Emir, sympathique et serviable, est en permanence sur place pour vous aider.

We were very impressed with the apartment complex. Just the right size so never over crowded and there were lots of sun beds etc. to go round. Our teen son made lots of friends and loved hanging out by the pool.The apartment itself contained everything we needed and the views were breathtaking. There was plenty of room inside and outdoor space. The water cooler was a life saver and the staff replenished this as needed for a small charge. Aytach, Michu and the rest of the staff team were very helpful, approachable and friendly, especially when our son was poorly, they were on hand to help even without being asked.We’ll definitely stay again if we return to Kalkan.

We had the most brilliant stay with our two kids - 9 and 12. It’s a fairly easy walk in and out of town but the apartment is also perfect for staying and cooking in.
All the neighbours were lovely too. Looking at rebooking soon.

The apartment has everything we could need / want from a holiday. The kitchen is brand new and if we wanted to cook there was plenty of utensils etc. we made use making simple lunches but preferred to eat out at the array of fantastic restaurants that Kalkan has to offer. The apartment itself is beautifully presented offering the most gorgeous views of Kalkan / the bay. The layout worked perfect for us. The pictures don’t do it justice. We found the pool area pretty, clean and spacious. Never busy and was kept immaculate.
As a family with 3 older teens this apartment provided us with space. The wrap around balcony on top floor is a great place to relax at the end of the evening. It has lots of different seating areas which was great for us with older girls who wanted their own area to chill.
The location for us worked well and was close to supermarket, bakery, greengrocer. It was an easy walk into town (even with the intense heat of 40 degreees) we even walked back at the end of the evening. Having usually stayed Kalamar end of town it was a nice change for us not to jump in taxis. The girls enjoyed going off to the lime bar / restaurant for pancakes most days.
We had a minor issue on arrival as our room was not ready but this was quickly resolved.
I would recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay here again. Thank you
