The location, the pool, and the fabulous breakfast.

Johan is well managed hotel with very helpful staff members including reception. Check-in was smooth without any mistakes. Request on top of booking requests vere processed very smoothly. Door cards are working without problems for hotel room as well as for ski depot.

Breakfast was exceptional. Everything clean, we got a free parking spot, however it looked a bit packed. Everytime we got the last spot.

I wish we could have tried the infinity pool, but it closes at 19:30. If you go night skiing, it’s already closed by the time you get back. I’m also not a fan of very soft pillows. I’m not 20 years old anymore — I need a decent pillow, guys. The booking margin is quite high without offering any additional services (such as the ability to cancel or similar options). The price on Booking is about 20% higher, which is simply too much. We ended up paying 526 EUR for a room just with breakfast. If you book through the hotel’s website, you can get the same room for 480 EUR with half board included. I’m not blaming anyone, but it left a bit of a bad taste. Also, during check-in we were told that we had a small gift waiting for us in the room. It turned out to be a small key ring with the hotel logo, probably worth about 5 EUR. Sorry, but that feels a bit ridiculous — I’m not a walking advertisement. If you provide something slightly more thoughtful (even something simple like a cheap bottle of wine, apple juice, or anything similar), I would actually appreciate it, especially when paying 526 EUR per night for doubleroom.
