The location is perfect

Extremely friendly reception staff. Both the day and night shift gentlemen made us feel really welcome and gave us a map and a quick explanation of the main tourist sites and metro/bus lines when we mentioned we never been to Istanbul before.
Location was brilliant, the hotel is a short walk from the metro station which we used to get to and from the airport (with 1 interchange). We could also leisurely stroll to the grand bazaar, Blue Mosque etc from our hotel.
Breakfast selection was good and varied
Room and overall building feels dated but very maintained

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness
A bit tight in space, long walk to Grand bazar for older,

The place is fine, almost all staff is fine.
Old man at the reception was annoying, impolite. Room was small, hotel needs a reconstruction, the staff members and guests are smoking at the restaurant, all the smokes go to all hotel floors.
