the location across the road from the Guell Museum is amazing - the service and location of the rooftop bar (very reasonably priced) was amazing and you can see examples of Gaudi's legacy on the top of the museum from the rooftop - close to the metro, restaurants and bars - Barcelona is a big city so recommend using the metro where possible

The difficulty finalising the booking. I had to go in person as after five attempts to pay - online, over the phone etc I physically went to the hotel to make payment. The staff were pleasant but not apologetic especially as it was their system at fault.

Excellent location, close to the Gothic Quarter and the Cruise Ship Terminal.
The property is old and tired, it needs refurbishing. Also no mini bar or refrigerator to keep water or other drinks cold.
