The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great base to explore the area. Our host was more than accommodating and was happy to provide a great cooked breakfast each morning of our stay. He ensured that we had a parking space at the back of the property.
Getting in and out of Torquay is problematic due to the narrow roads. This is not a criticism of the property: just something to keep in mind when planning a visit.

The hotel was clean and tidy, comfortable bed, good facilities. We couldn't have asked for a better host. Good WiFi. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
We could find a space in the car park, but in main season, it could be a problem to park.
