B&B U Palmentu

The location and the view across Taormina and Etna were sensational. The terrace was a bonus for a quiet drink and the restaurant and bar up the road were perfect to relax and take in the view. The property has easy access to the old city centre to experience all Taormina has to offer and beach area with regular bus services or taxis if you prefer. The bonus is a bus stop very close by.

It would be great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Older house, but beautiful view from the balcony, clean and nice staff. If you are not able to walk down all the stairs to the centre (15 min), there's a bus stop just 2 mins away, super convenient.

There was plastic under the sheets, not a huge problem, but a bit uncomfortable, to be honest. We would still be back any time.

Great location to explore Taormina and the surrounding area. Our room was a great size for two. We lucked out and had a balcony around two sides of the building meaning we could see the coast for miles in each direction, the rolling Sicilian hills and, of course, Mt Etna. There were also beautiful communal terrace areas too. We never met the owner but they provided clear directions before we got there. The housekeeper cleaned daily and did a fabulous job. The stairs from Taormina to the B&B are a bit of an effort but worth it for the views (just don't attempt it with a suitcase - like us!). There is a bus a few times a day from nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Water was off in the whole street one morning and we didn't have hot water another day but both were working as normal in by afternoon

L’établissement comprend plusieurs chambres et la vue depuis notre chambre n’était pas dégagée Pas de réfrigérateur comme indiqué dans le descriptif et même pas une cafetière alors qu’il n’y a aux alentours aucun bar ou cafétéria Pas de réponse du propriétaire à nos messages Terrasse annoncée alors que nous n’avions qu’un minuscule balcon sur lequel rentraient à peine 2 chaises qui bloquaient l’ouverture des volets.
