Lovely lobby area and access to the spa was nice
Breakfast was generous but not the highest quality food, considering how good food generally is on the island.

Really convenient location. Staff were very helpful, answering questions, recommending local shops. They also have an agreement with a local beach club which is very helpful.
The indoor facilities weren't as nice or big as the pictures suggest. This was disappointing as it didn't feel you get value for money.

Everything! Nice atmosphere, helpful staff that made us feel welcomed as it was our first time in Ischia. All the amenities, we had a great massage. Location was wonderful.

Location is great but front rooms are very, very noisy. They have a terrace.
Kind and attentive staff.
Pool area is nice.
Shabby areas. Ripped sofas in the bar, broken jacuzzis on the roof. You even have to go up a ramp to access a pretty poor breakfast in the Hotel Conte next door.
I slipped on wet tile floor just walking through Reception and hurt myself quite badly.
Had to clear table myself at breakfast more than once.
Booking.com listed all rooms as having vaccines but they do not! Deluxe rooms have no balcony. We were moved but we were not fully refunded. Poor show.
