Idéalement situé pour des vacances à la mer et dans le même temps très calme. La maison est entièrement rénové aussi bien dans les murs et le mobilier et est équipé de tout le confort. Les fenêtres et le balcon, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue imprenable sur Lerici, Portovenere et les îles Palmaria et Tino.
Parking: Si vous avez une voiture, vous pouvez vous garer dans le parking public et marcher jusqu'à la maison à environ 50 mètres. Si les places de parking ne sont pas disponibles, un parking privé se trouve à 40 mètres. L'arrêt de bus est à 50 mètres. de la maison, le service en été est très fréquent, le dernier bus est à 00. 50 heures.
Taxe de séjour 4,00€ par personne/nuit (pour les 5 premières nuits) à déposer lors de l'enregistrement. Elle ne s'applique pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans.

We had a great experience staying at this home with a breathtaking view of Lerici day and night! We often started our day with a cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Poets. The hosts were wonderful from the start of the booking process through the end of our visit. The home was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, and plenty of towels were provided. We also appreciated having a washing machine on site. It was a great place to call home while we made day trips exploring nearby towns. Thank you, Enrica and Severino, for making our stay in Lerici so special!

The hosts, Severino and Enrica, are the most friendly, helpfull and easy going persons. Their House is very Well organized with comfortable furniture, and the balcony is perfect for aperitif with beautiful sundown view over Golfo dei Poeti. Only one bitter drop to this perfect cocktail: the intense traffic on the Road in front of the House. The room with a Window towards the Road suffered from the traffic noise. The two other rooms with view over the Bay did not.

We had the privilege of spending 3 weeks in Enrica and Severino’s place. The property is spacious, beautifully redone and has one of the best views of the entire gulf. The house is well distributed and has everything you need to enjoy a stay short or long. The hosts are local and extremely responsive should you need anything. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

The location was very clean and nicely furbished. The view from the terrace is spectacular and we even spotted a submarine coming in. Everything was fine and as described. Parking is a bit further up the road, but was always easy. You can walk down to the centre and beaches. It takes about 20-25 minutes. The hosts very very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay!
