Розташування. Персонал. Доступність. Умови перебування. Підхід до клієнта. Вид з вікна. Балкон на якому суперово снідати.

Fabulous view with balcony on the bay of Almiryda.
Well equipped kitchen
Beds very comfortable
Air conditioning on each room
Ensuite bathroom making the stay for two or more people not sleeping in the same room somehow uncomfortable.
Nothing to do with the property but worth raising it with the municipality, the road that takes to the centre is quite dirty with rubbish often on the street and the bins not kept clean, with unpleasant smells. The area requires definitely improving for tourism.

The number of rooms and general layout. Proximity to Plaka restaurants. Generally quiet. Good living area and pullout bed if needed. Short drive to the beach, but too hot to walk there.
The aircon didn't work and in spite of several conversations about the problem I was simply told that it was working. Very frustrating as we were in Almyrida at the height of the summer heat. The rooms were double glazed, but the shutters were dark metal and held the heat, so hot that you could barely touch them and when the shutters were over to keep the sun off the glass, the double glazing heated and became useless. The aircon worked in the living room and when we discovered the lounge converted to a bed we put the mother and child there at night.

"Nous avons d’abord vraiment apprécié la disponibilité du personnel, nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et Madame Lisa est venue nous accueillir malgré tout, merci beaucoup pour ça.
