Rates as one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my travels. The grandeur of the hotel is spectacular. There are free buggy rides from hotel to the beach, and free buses to VIN Winders, the Safari and Grandworld. Information desk can organise car or bike hire rental for you. Also have free pickup and drop off shuttle to airport.
Food in Nautilus restaurant for buffet breakfast and dinner is 5 star. If we ever come back to Phu Quoc and stay up north , I’m definitely coming back to stay. Staff are wonderful, polite and nearly everyone I interacted with spoke some / fluent English. A must to stay
Sounds minimalistic, just 2 things. The kettle in our room, we had to plug it in the bathroom as the chord is not long enough from table to PowerPoint, unless you want to boil the water on the floor.
Could do with a couple more bus services from VIN Wonders of an evening. The last show finishes at 7.05pm and the last bus back to the hotel is 7.10pm. You cannot get through thousands of people to the pickup location 400 metres away in 5 minutes. Run 2-3 more buses of an evening to stop your hotel guests having to go to Grandworld, past the hotel and change / wait for the hotel bus to come and get you. Hotel stay though still gets 10/10 . Everything was exceptional. The staff are very helpful and respectful. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
Unfortunately i was unlucky to found out the swimming pool under construction during my visit.

The breakfast was really good and had plenty of options from different countries.
The location of hotel is excellent and shuttles running to different attractions at regular intervals.
The room was not clean, found a spider web in the room which was removed later on and did pest control as well.
The AC was not cooling properly, had to clean the filter to make it work properly.
The shuttle from Airport to hotel is not provided.
It was hard to track the shuttles back to hotel from (VinWonders or Grand World).
