Very comfy and cozy.

The property was so cute! The bathroom was big and both beds were comfortable. They had a little welcome sign which was adorable. The locations is a short walk away from a bus right into the city or you can use the sprinter.

Could use some more pillows!

A perfect place to see Amsterdam

This was a perfect place to spend time with family. We took the bus from Amsterdam and walked less than 10 minutes through the pretty neighbourhood to the house. Inside it is very spacious and bright. There was a fridge and microwave so we were able to make sandwiches and small snacks. The sitting area had a huge comfortable sofa. We enjoyed spending the evenings together chatting and listening to the great selection of old records. Beds are amazing! The whole design of the place is really cool. We especially loved meeting the friendly cat. There is a great little outdoor space too. The hosts were helpful and friendly and left us to enjoy our stay. We walked into the main town within 10 mins, and managed to take the local bus to Zaanse Schans to see the windmills, and also to get to Amsterdam Centraal. Great location!!! Thanks for having us, we highly recommend Joan's B&B.

We loved everything.
