Beautiful setting and very clean. Amazing piano bar terrace with incredibly comfy chairs where you can watch gorgeous sunsets. Mostly cheerful and helpful staff especially on Reception.

Not a fan of the contract to sign when checking in which was required along with €250 deposit. Guests also required to take out rubbish and clean up before leaving. Rooms only serviced weekly. Seems to be a commonplace thing these days but does take away from the holiday experience. There is air conditioning but it is controlled by reception. Yiu can only have it on or off and have to ask reception. The restaurant experience was not great. Only went once as the food was not that good. Didn't have breakfast as it didn't look appealing. Tje hotel is nowhere near any food shops. Best to go to Garda where there's a decent one by the bus station. Be aware its a 15 minute walk into Bardolino and the hotel Is on a hill. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel but buses run sporadically and finish early evening. The bed was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on as a side sleeper. The sofa bed is not a pull out bed to give a double. It is a trundle pull out. Only suitable for kids.

No separate section for adults at the pool, so all the telling and smashing kids are on top of you in both pool and deck with loungers

Fantastic view with the availability of your own private pool for additional cost. Loved the adult pool which was very peaceful.

We stayed at this hotel 11 years ago and think it looks a little tired and needs some investment. The gym was shocking with the one cross trainer about to die and the weights machines not worth it. Charges for towels, robes and have to get your room checked by cleaner to ensure you have washed dishes and put out your rubbish in nearby bins. I agree that everyone needs to clean up after themselves the €35.00 charges seems excessive if that is not done, but I suppose it does ensure that it is completed.
