Hotel Flora

Excellent location, very close to the central station. Also has a nice superstore right next door, and a few restaurants including a Mcdonalds at a 5 minute walking distance. Good, spacious rooms and bathroom, when compared to European standards. Comfortable bed. Has a modern compact lift as well. Breakfast spread was decent. Staff was cooperative and was able to cater to certain requests like an early breakfast take-away pack (6 AM) and also helped in arranging a taxi to Malpensa Airport due to public transport strike.

Nothing specific. There was no label in the room specifying whether the tap water is drinkable or not. A vending machine inside the hotel could be great as nearby markets close by 8-9 PM and sometimes we need something late at night.

Walking distance to the train station. Friendly staff.

Not too far from station. You can ride the trolley to old town.

The hotel is very well located, right next to the central train station and on a street with several other hotels. It is an older, classic hotel, and for the price, you cannot expect much more. The breakfast offers a reasonable variety and, in my opinion, provides very good value for money. The staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful.

Although the room was small, it seemed perfectly adequate and had all the necessary amenities. However, as soon as I arrived, I spotted a small cockroach near the minibar, at the foot of the bed. I did not see it again for the rest of my stay, but it was nevertheless an unpleasant first impression. I understand that this may have been an isolated incident, yet it was somewhat concerning.
