Excellent staff! Carmine was very personable, and is clearly a Milan historian. He provided excellent tips for my stay in Milan. The location is great- close to the subway. Lots of restaurants, stores nearby. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The entire staff at breakfast and checkout were excellent! I would definitely return.
The shower was small with little space to move. The water was warm enough.

The breakfast selection was excellent, the rooms very clean & the bed was very comfortable. The location is very convenient too.
There was a slight lingering smell of smoke in our room despite it being non smoking. That was really the only negative point in the whole stay.

staff so respectful and friendly

The staff are extremely friendly, the bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. also good breakfast
The location isn’t ideal for tourists, especially at that price.
Also, while the bathroom is spacious, the shower is far too small—you can barely move your arms.
