Everything about my stay was perfect. Friendly staff and such a clean hotel. My room was cleaned as often as requested. The breakfast buffet was high standard and the pool area was tidy, organised and looked great. I have been to maspalomas many times and this is the best hotel I have stayed in around there.
The only thing I think they should consider is making more information available to guests about how things work. So a brochure or something in the rooms that explains meal times, pool/towel rules etc would be great.

This was my second visit this year and it excelled my earlier visit. This time I enjoyed the Buffet Lunch and Dinner. Both exceptional. Incredible vale for money and superb variety.
Not having easy access to a power point adjacent to the bed.
The other guests who ignored hotel advice not to lay claim to sun loungers.

Easy to find, clean and tidy, with friendly staff. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and the 12pm check-out was a really nice bonus. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the beach and right in the Yumbo area, so you're close to all the bars, restaurants and nightlife. There was a pool but I didn't use it, it looked quite busy.
The property is quite dated and could do with some modernisation. The pool area was also very busy, with a lot of men around the pool during my stay.
