The location and view were great. Close to the Kangaroo point walking bridge so the city was very accessible. The pool was lovely but not heated so we mainly spent time in the spa. Possibly a warmer time of year we could venture into the pool. Our apartment was large and spacious. The staff were great and very helpful
The rooms are quite dated and the gym was non-existent. There were absolutely no machines in the gym and the weights.. I think there were about 4... nothing like the images.

Clean beds. Nice shower. Good wifi. On bus route.
Loose toilet seat, no hand soap. No tumblers. One normal wine glass (2 flutes) information sent out needs updating (shops etc) Waste needs to go in tied plastic bags in shute but no spare bags left. There were s
omeone's shoes under the bed!

The location, the views, accessibility and parking facilities. Comfortable bed, good shower in a large bathroom. Lots of space. Lounge and bedroom clean and appealing.
Tumble dryer had no venting or extraction and consequently dripped water everywhere, ending up with a wet floor and no mops! Sinks in kitchen and particularly bathroom, needed bleaching, bathroom plug hole very mouldy. Balcony needed a good clean.

The bed was comfortable to sleep in.
Location was good ... within walking distance of everything
Fridge had leftovers from previous guests.
The ceiling fan was almost detached and looked as if it was going to fall on us!
The mirror in the bedroom and the inside of the windows were dirty.
The toilet roll holder was in a very awkward position to access.
