Starting at the reception after a not so comfortable trip (Telenor was down - no trains et cetera); the lady met me with a natural smile and was extremely helpfull. The water and waitress did an excellent job - even fixed Red Bull which are only available at the Spa.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The staff I did encounter were as helpful as they could be.
The pool was only available for an hour in the morning for children. Considering the pool was the main reason for booking as I had my 2 yr old grandchild with me, this should have been explained clearer. I was not informed that dinner had to be pre-booked therefore the only table available was completely unsuitable for a child. I tried to speak to a manager but was informed they were only available 9-5 Monday to Friday. I was offered a more child friendly dinner but that did not materialise so my grandchild did not eat even though we paid for her meal. The rooms were basic, not clean and certainly not what i would consider 4 star.
