The pool, staff and location are very nice. Super clean rooms.
Only person preference, but mattresses and pillows are hard. But apart from that, very nice stay.
The pool is beautiful with view on the sea.

Peaceful and relaxing
Literally the only thing was furniture is very tired in the Beach front Villa. One of chairs needs fumigating for flying insect nest which meant we did not use the outside patio area. We were right next to the perfect pool and Bar area which meant it was not a problem. We had a fantastic stay and other than some fixtures and fittings need attention or replacing then our stay was perfect

Nice property, maintained grounds, lovely pool & views. Best for families/couples who are happy to get grab/taxis.
It’s a 30-40min walk to anything - quicker along the beach in low tide. Staff weren’t very friendly. Villa is nice but hand towel, pillow case had stains, doona cover was ripped, furniture is falling apart at the seams. Didn’t appreciate that on payment it’s + VAT + 10% service charge so the price on menus/happy hour is not inclusive. These were sneaky charges & NOT mentioned anywhere. Then 3% credit card fee if you pay by card - might be standard in Thailand but by law where I’m from it’s 1.5%-1.9%
