Clean and pleasant family room.
Close proximity to beach
Sister hotel over the road for food and drinks
In a quiet area so no unwanted noise
Bunk bed was a bit creaky and moved but after checking it over, it was perfectly secure

I went for a few days with my son. We loved the location, above the Scarborough Spa. The room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable and it was spotless. Although we didn't get breakfast, we did pop into the Rowntree Hotel, which is the sister hotel, I think and enjoyed a lovely coffee with a 10% discount. They had plant based options in the coffee shop, which was brilliant.
Everything was good. We will be returning.

Beds were comfy, room was clean.
It was extremely hot and stuffy in the top room. The shower was very poor.
