Hotel Gran Fanes

We had a great stay, well located for us to explore the area and do lots of walking. We enjoyed the breakfast that was included and the hotel is very clean and neat. Staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Our room was very small and cramped however we didnt spend alot of time in there so it was not a big issue. The construction next door also took away from the appeal but this is no fault of the Hotel just our experience.

Everything was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything while still being peaceful and relaxing. The spa and all the hotel facilities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made our experience outstanding was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionists, who were always helpful and attentive, and to the kitchen manager and everyone serving breakfast for their kindness and excellent service. We would especially like to congratulate and thank the gentleman who organized and managed the breakfast area every morning. He was exceptionally friendly, always smiling, and took wonderful care of us, making every breakfast a pleasure. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality deserve special recognition. We cannot wait to come back as soon as possible.

Nothing at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Room was okay - good shower.

Location a bit out of the way. Room amenities basic. Breakfast very basic. Hotel didn’t feel particularly homely or welcoming.
