Residence Baumgartner was a nice apartment that suited us as a family - was nice and spacious, with kitchen. Supermarket, bakery, bank, restaurants right beside the hotel. Great little town.
Was hard to find the keys as walked around the place multiple times without any instructions. Lady then came out and provided keys and check in information.
Had to pay cash or bank transfer. No credit card/eftpos was available.
Lots of noise next door due to a house being built.
Pool was out of action.

The host was super nice. We arrived late and she waited for us to arrive. Super easy everything. The place was clean, it had everything you needed and beds were comfortable.
Everything was good.

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. Right downstairs there is a Halal Istanbul kebab shop, a grocery store, and several other convenient shops. It is only 25 minutes to the Seceda cable car and 20 minutes to Bolzano city centre. Just a 3-minute walk away, the owner also has a beautiful café with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. We were very satisfied and felt it was excellent value for money.
Nothing. Everything was great.

Great location. Very central and close to the bus and bakery.
Needs to be updated. The bunk beds are short and the roll out couch is in need of replacement.
