The staff are brilliant and friendly and always go out there way to help you and it was very quiet on a night and really nice and comfy beds

No microwave not even a communal one

Comfortable, well laid out, uncluttered, and pleasant room with plenty of walking space between beds, private bathroom and wardrobe. Instant hot water with excellent shower. Tea and coffee making facilities with sufficient sachets for stay duration. Wall mounted TV with great viewing angle from bed positions. Useful table lamp for evening reading. Plentiful supply of mains sockets for mobile phone charging etc Airy room with good window areas (3). Lack of noise / quiet neighbouring surroundings (stayed weekday out of main holiday season) Great central location, with short walks to main town centre, and access to North and South Bays. Useful Castle Road car park nearby offering free overnight parking (valid from 6pm to 9am following day)

Wasn't able to engage with any staff on reception during our stay, however use of the listed 24hr assistance number addressed any questions or concerns we had.

It’s a great location if you need somewhere to stay for one (1) night. Tiny bottle/bar of soap is provided but best to bring your own stuff. Also a kettle with tea and coffee was a nice surprise.

My room still had COVID-19 isolation advice on the door and the lack of staff (saw none at any time) was quite unnerving.
