Exceptionally friendly staff, very helpful and welcoming. Great quality food, both breakfast and the evening meal, comfy room and overall, excellent value for money.

Didn't have breakfast during my stay as they only served from 8am and I had to leave early. Room was comfortable, and bathroom adequate. Windows opened, and bed was fine.
Bathroom very small, room was over the kitchen so a bit noisy at night.

Location good for what I needed and staff friendly
The room cleanliness could definitely be better.
Urine in toilet, small amount of black mould in areas, Kettle dirty and tea tray with old tea splashes on.
