Clean and comfortable
They have a whistling wind problem that they are aware of on the first floor. Whenever the front doors open, the wind pulls thru the entire floor creating a very loud screech. We complained and they gave us a rolled up blanket to put at the threshold which fortunately worked.

Free breakfast. The bed was amazing. So comfortable. The sheets were so soft. Great shower.
The side door latch is broken so anybody could just enter from the side and front desk wouldn’t have seen them. My door key kept deactivating. 4x to be exact. Had to keep walking down to front to get them to fix it. 4x. Crazy

The breakfast staff.
The fact that I could not control the temperature in my room. It was controlled by the front desk and we froze all night despite three phone calls to the front desk. They also did not provide enough towels for three people and did not follow theough to get us more.
