La Boheme Chambres

The location was very good and convenient. We also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh and delicious.

The bathroom could benefit from a few small updates, particularly some of the facilities, such as the hairdryer. Overall, nothing major.

Breakfast was ok. Nothing exceptional but ok. Not a lot of hot options.

Out of town - 25 min walk into Lazise

The pool area is lovely and the kids spent hours in the pool. The restaurant in the evening was superb, great food, great atmosphere, we loved our evening meal!

Our room was on the top floor with only one small air conditioner unit, the room was so hot that we had to request a couple of fans to be sent up. Another air con unit is needed in our particular room. The breakfast was quite disappointing especially given how great the evening meal was. Not enough choice of hot food or any options to order from the kitchen. Some parts of the hotel need some small maintenance work, the conservatory was leaking following the heavy rain, the staff did all they could but it wasn’t ideal having buckets placed all around the floor area. I’d pay special thanks to Lorenzo who made our stay great, really warm and helpful. All in all a stay of contrasts, parts are amazing and parts need some work.

The Swimming Pool was lovely and the area around it was very pleasant. Breakfast was in the restaurant and had everything you needed for a continental breakfast. The restaurant in the evening did great food and you might need to book as it can get very busy. The beds and bathrooms were huge and the cleaners brilliant. All the staff were great. The hotel was in a brilliant position (although you would want a car or electric bike), just a 5 minute drive downhill to Lazise and easy access to the amusement parks.

The Garden Room was rather small, but with a huge bed. The path that runs to and from the garden rooms is very uneven and was quite dangerous for our elderly mother which meant she was stuck at her room until we were there to help her. Some of the rooms needs a little attention eg handles that come off drawers, wall plates hanging down etc, nothing major. The rooms are designed in a rustic style, but a few more soft furnishings/pictures would make them look a little less stark. The lights outside the swimming pool rooms were never on at night so that was rather dark.
