Great place up in the trees . It’s a little tricky getting g there. Excellent host. Beds were comfortable. Cute and comfortable stay.

The home definitely feels like a treehouse! Quiet and very few mosquitoes during most of our stay (end of June), which was surprising. If I had one suggestion, it would be to have more hooks/places to hang towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great location with comfortable beds and convenient to all the best things of Asheville!

House was clean and comfortable. Very much a treehouse feel!

While it’s apparent there has been an attempt to trim back close trees for a Mountain View, there are two trees further down the hill that have grown up to block most of the Mountain View, especially if sitting on the deck. There really is only one parking space, not two. The beds do not have box springs but rather are set on a suspended metal spring platform that squeaks with every movement. The jets in the tub did not work when we got there but the owner reset the GFI the same day we notified them. You will need to arrive before dark on your first day or you will likely not see the road the rental is located on. The brush along it is overgrown to where it might scratch your SUV. You don’t get your final instructions until a couple of days before check-in.
