Excellent hotel! We felt right at home throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located within easy reach of Porto city centre, making it a great place to stay while exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again!

This property was clean and the check in process was easy. It was a nice stay and easy to get to other locations within the city via bolt. There are also bars and restaurants within walking distance

It was not noisy, air conditioner was fine, good breakfast
the shower was leaking, no toilet paper stand and no toilet brush, no hooks for towels close to the shower, I have not got cold watter – only warm and hot cause you have no normal switcher. The staff was pure portugese – impossible to explain that they have problems – very stubborn. The waiter in restraunt was extremely rude and unprofessional. After I god Manager, her ask for apollogies but you can not make first impression twice. I will not return there ever.
