Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit Tipps geholfen. Die Lage ist absolut Top. Alle Orte in der Stadt und der Strand sind zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Schöne und moderne Wohnung mit Balkon und einem guten Parkplatz (15.- Eur. pro Tag) in der Tiefgarage. In der Küche ist das nötigste Equipment vorhanden, inkl einer kleinen Kaffeemaschine die wir gerne genutzt haben. Auch unser kleine Yorki (Pauschal Eur.15.-) war willkommen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Good location.

Cleanliness was bad. The sofa bed was old and dirty. The floor had dirt and sand in almost every corner. Long blond hair could be found almost everywhere—probably from the previous tenant. The shower area had mold in the corners. And the cherry on top—I found dirty socks under the bed. It would have been a great place if just maintained and cleaned better.

The local is perfect.

Well, Unfortunately, the apartment was extremely dirty and fell far below basic hygiene standards. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the floors had not been properly cleaned. There were used and dirty disposable slippers left behind from different hotels, dirty glasses, and kitchen cupboards with spilled salt and various other residues. There was even coffee inside the cutlery drawer. The small rugs, which were supposed to be white, had turned grey from dirt, and the sofa was absolutely appalling, covered in numerous stains. The overall impression was that little to no effort had been made to clean the apartment between guests. This is completely unacceptable for a rental property and made our stay very unpleasant. Cleanliness is a basic requirement, not a luxury. We would not book this apartment again and cannot recommend it to others.
