Location was superb so close to rail,town and attractions..
Bed was super comfy and room was really nice
The outside area was fantastic as was the little breakfast area..
Everything thing was spotless.
Wet room was a little small and the floors are very creaky which you would expect with an old building but you could hear room next door going to their bathroom at night as they walked past our room,a security light next to our room window kept going on and off through night for some reason?

Very polite friendly host, great location near the waterfront and viaduct. Lovely room.
This is in no way a criticism, only feedback i could give was to maybe have an outdoor clock in the hottub area.

The room was fine, although a little small. We were disappointed and a little surprised that the 'private bathroom' was across the landing in a separate room. We had expected it to be en suite. So whilst the bathroom was really nice, we were a little uncomfortable having to cross the landing to get to it. In fairness though dressing gowns were provided.
The location was really good and we really enjoyed our walks around Knaresborough.
