Location was excellent. Within walking distance of many sights, very close to Châtelet métro station (direct line to Gare de Nord) and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. A really well stocked supermarket was directly opposite the apartment. The owner kept in touch re arrival and was there to hand over the keys on our arrival. The couch converted into a comfortable bed.
The apartment was on the fifth floor with no lift and the stairs were challenging. Having said that, we were two school friends in our eighties, who did manage them twice a day and I know I came back fitter than when I went!

Ubicación perfecta, apartamento comodo y cerca de todo
No hay elevador y esta en un quinto piso lo que dificulta la subida de las maletas.
